Product Description
The mud balance is designed so that the mud cup at one end of the arm is balanced by a fixed counter-weight at the opposite end with a sliding weight rider free to move along a graduated scale. A level bubble is mounted on the beam to ensure accurate
balancing.
It is a self-contained measuring device. On one side of the arm are scales for measuring density in pounds per gallon (LB/GAL) and specific gravity (SP GR-g/cm³). On the other side of the arm are scales for
measuring pounds per cubic feet (LBS/CU.FT) and pounds per square inch per 1000 feet of depth (LBS/SQ.IN/1000FT)

Testing the SG of drilling fluids, cement slurries and cuttings.
