Product Description
POLY VIS LIQUID is a high-molecular-weight, anionic liquid polymer designed to provide cuttings encapsulation and shale stabilization, and also acting as a viscosifier, friction reducer and flocculent. POLY VIS LIQUID can be used in both fresh and saline make up water.
Applications
POLY VIS LIQUID polymer systems provide excellent cuttings encapsulation and improved wellbore stability in fresh, weighted, KCl or NaCl enhanced fluids.
Clear-water fluids. POLY VIS LIQUID may be used in clear-water, solids-free drilling fluids. It increases viscosity and removes solids by flocculation.
Low-Solids, Non-Dispersed (LSND). In reduced-bentonite fluids, POLY VIS LIQUID acts as a bentonite extender to increase viscosity and flocculates drill solids for more efficient removal.
POLY VIS LIQUID viscous sweeps are effective for periodic hole cleaning.

Diamond Drilling
As a complete drilling fluid 0.5 – 2lts / 1000lts
For Improved core recovery 1 – 2.5lts / 1000lts
As a supplement to bentonite 0.2 – 5.0lts / 1000lts
As a foaming supplement 0.5 – 1lts / 1000lts
As a diamond drilling additive 0.5 – 0.75lts / 1000lts
