BIO Hammer Oil is specially formulated to provide excellent protection for pneumatic percussion tools such as rock drills and downhole hammers. It has high load-carrying capacity to protect against wear and seizure of sliding metal surfaces under heavy or shock-load conditions. It has good adhesiveness to metal surfaces in the presence of moisture, and contains inhibitors to protect against rust and corrosion of the hammers internal parts when the tool is not being used. It has good oxidation resistance and thermal stability at high temperatures for long service life.

Many hammer oils still in use are based on mineral oils and as such provide health and environmental risks due to inhalation and the discharge of used oil into sensitive ecological areas and groundwater. BIO HAMMER OIL is safe and environmentally friendly and does not propose health risks.
