Product Description
GROUT X is high strength gypsum cement designed to set hard in approximately 15 minutes.
Applications
GROUT X can be used when cementing casing, pipe, pre-collars or unstable grounds and formations. It has applications for plugging lost circulation zones or used as a cement plug prior to wedging off.
Advantages
• Quick setting cement compared to standard GP cement
• Simple and easy to use
Usage
Mix at a general ratio of 20kg GROUT X with 13 litres of potable water, mix until a smooth consistency.
More water can be added for a thinner slurry and longer setting times, add more GROUT X for a thicker slurry and faster setting times.
