Product Description
XPANDA FOAM A & B is a two-part liquid component foaming system that produces a rigid polyurethane foam that will expand 30 – 35 times it original volume. XPANDA FOAM is a blend of polyols, catalysts and blowing agents and is CFC, HCFC and HFC free, with a zero ODP, GWP and no VOC.
Applications
XPANDA FOAM A & B is an alternative for pre-collar sealing instead of cement. It can also be used for scaling cavities or thief zones and is highly effective in small quantities. XPANDA FOAM can be used to stabilize unconsolidated and caving surface formations.

Usage
XPANDA FOAM A & B is poured into a clean 20 litre bucket in the ratio of 1 tin (0.8kg) of XPANDA FOAM A to 1 tin (1.2kg) of XPANDA FOAM B. The mixture is stirred for 15-20 seconds until a cream colour develops. The mixture is then immediately poured down the pre-colour annulus or thief zone. The rigid polyurethane foam will develop and set within minutes.
Mix Time 15 – 20 seconds
Start expansion time 18 – 25 seconds
End expansion time 90 – 100 seconds
Tacky free 120 – 140 seconds
Density 29-31kg/m³
