Product Description
ZN-50 is a heavy duty and extremely tacky No.2 thread grease. Utilizing oxidation inhibitors, heavy duty base oils, specialty tackifiers with 50% finely powdered metallic Zinc. ZN-50 is formulated to prevent galling, water washout, friction, fling off and wear.
Applications
ZN-50 is used for heavy loaded components which are subjected to arduous conditions and hot, dusty or wet environments. Can be used in a wide variety of applications, such as a thread lubricant or for sliding surfaces but particularly for drill rod threads.

Usage
Apply a generous amount smeared on the threaded sections of the drill rod tool joint.
