BIO HAMMER OIL NT is a completely unique, premium quality adhesive down hole hammer lubricant formulated to impart wear protection to moving metal parts. BIO HAMMER OIL NT contains extreme pressure, anti-wear, and anti-rust additives and is further enhanced with Nano sized particles that act as a solid phase lubricant.
The Nano sized particles infused into BIO HAMMER OIL NT have been through rigorous laboratory and field testing. No other bio hammer oil on the market today can boast the independent laboratory proven, long lasting protection provided by BIO HAMMER OIL NT.
Applications
BIO HAMMER OIL NT is specially formulated to provide unparalleled protection for pneumatic percussion tools such as rock drills and downhole hammers. It has high load-carrying capacity to protect against wear and seizure of sliding metal surfaces under heavy or shock-load conditions. It has good adhesiveness to metal surfaces in the presence of moisture and contains inhibitors to protect against rust and corrosion of the hammers internal parts when the tool is not being used. It has good oxidation resistance and thermal stability at high temperatures for long service life.
