Product Description
FOAM XTREME is a pre-blended, concentrated biodegradable foaming agent and a high-performance polymer specifically designed to be a one-drum stiff foam solution. Stiff foams last considerably longer than other foam types.
FOAM XTREME will foam in fresh, brackish, salt or hyper saline water. FOAM XTREME is completely biodegradable and will not contaminate streams or ground water.
Applications
FOAM XTREME is used as a foaming agent in air drilling operations. Depending on the concentration used and the rate of injection, it can be used for dust suppression, mist, foam, and is designed to make stiff foam.
FOAM XTREME increases the ability of the air stream to carry cuttings and lowers air volume requirements. No additions of POLY VIS LIQUID, POLY VIS 2000, or VIS TROL are required to create a stiff foam.
It reduces the sticking tendencies of wet clays and results in decreased incidences of mud rings and hole pack offs.

Usage
Dust Suppression 1-2 litres per 1000 litres water
Mist drilling 2-5 litres per 1000 liters water
Stiff foam drilling 10 – 20 litres per 1000 litres water
